NON-IMMIGRATION VISAS
Student Visas
You may qualify for a student visa if you hope to attend a technical, two-year or a four-year program. After completion of your education program, you may qualify for a work visa or gain training for a limited time span while still residing in the U.S.

Fiancee Visas
The fiancée visa expressly notifies USCIS that your intent is to remain in the country by concluding a valid marriage with a U.S. citizen. This visa is the first step in the process, allowing you to legally enter the U.S.. After marriage, your new spouse will proceed with a Petition for Alien Relative.

Business Personnel Visas
For individuals wishing to come to the U.S. for employment, there are several options, including:
• E Visas (Investors)
• H Visas (Specialty occupations, temporary agricultural workers, skilled/unskilled workers, trainees)
• L Visas (In-company transfers)
• O Visas (Persons of outstanding or extraordinary ability in arts, science, education, business or athletics)
• P Visas (Athletes and group entertainers)

IMMIGRANT VISAS
Permanent Residence (Green Card)
Technically a status adjustment, we can help if you qualify for either of the following processes of becoming a permanent resident:
• Family-sponsorship
Parents, children and siblings can sponsor relatives for permanent residency. Waiting times differ depending on your country of citizenship and the number of people applying for citizenship that year.
• Employer-sponsorship
Employers may sponsor an individual for permanent resident status. There is an annual limit on the number of permanent residents.
• Citizenship
